Upgrading Parallels Desktop (App Store Edition → Full Version)

• Please navigate to our purchase website, which is accessible from this link.
• You can scroll on the website to determine which type of Subscription is best suited for your needs.
  As you already used to own a Parallels Desktop Apple Store version subscription, this makes you eligible to purchase Parallels Desktop Upgrade license at a discounted price under the Upgrade tab.

What should I do after upgrade?

• Download and install the latest version of Parallels Desktop for Mac.
• Start Parallels Desktop, log in to your Parallels user account.
• Activate your Parallels Desktop with a new license key.
  If you have purchased a Parallels Desktop Upgrade license, when activating, it might prompt you to enter a previous activation key, this activation key is the Parallels Desktop Apple Store edition license.
  You can find it in the Dashboard Section of your Parallels My Account, select it and it will redirect you to the section where you can find the license key. You can refer to the KB 115424 to locate your Parallels Desktop App Store license.
• Locate your original virtual machine file, and open the file in the newly installed Parallels Desktop for Mac.
