Downgrading is not supported.
Please carefully consider the reasons for downgrading.
Keep in mind:
- Some product changes are done to enhance security (e.g. newer security standards, deprecating older ones).
- Downgrading also means you may not have the most up-to-date security patches applied. We do not provide security patches for older versions.
- Also, keep in mind the Product End-of-Maintenance and Support Policy .
If you still want to go back to an older version:
- Restore a backup of each node of the Parallels Secure Workspace environment (and external database, if applicable). More info: Backup and restore strategies .
- Or grab a copy of an older version and start from scratch. More info: Download appliance .
