Symptoms
RAS Telegraf service is in Stopped state.
Cause
RAS Telegraf service collects information for RAS Performance Monitor utility introduced in Parallels Remote Application Server 16.1.
If Performance Monitor utility is not configured RAS Telegraf service will remain in Stopped state until RAS Performance Monitor utility will be configured.
Resolution
RAS Telegraf service will automatically become active after Performance Monitor utility will be configured.
