Symptoms

Error "[2056] - The remote session was disconnected because there are no Terminal Server License Servers available to provide a license" is thrown on an attempt to launch published resource in Parallels Client.

Only particular PCs are affected irrelevant to user credentials being used.

Cause

Users do not have sufficient permissions on required registry keys.

Resolution

Grant users with Full Control permissions on these registry keys and restart the PC:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSLicensing
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\MSLicensing (in case of x64-bit OS)
