Symptoms
When a user starts a published app in a new browser tab in an HTML5 client, a new RD session is created for it even when that's prohibited by RAS load balancing settings and Windows GPOs.
Cause
That's expected behavior and can't be changed.
Resolution
Launch apps in Parallels Client from HTML5 to avoid extra sessions.
