Resolution
If specific users need to be excluded from enforced multi-factor authentication (MFA) when logging in, it's possible to white list them.
For security reasons, it is always recommended to enable MFA for all users and most definitely privileged ones (IT staff, management, ...).
To white list users, go to System Settings > Manage > User Connector: Multi-factor Authentication.
Here it's possible to specify whitelisted subnets or whitelisted user labels.
