Symptoms
I cannot copy and paste within Windows or from Windows to Mac and vice versa.
Copying/pasting is working when Parallels Tools are uninstalled or disabled in Windows services.
Cause
3rd party antivirus or clipboard manager on Mac or Windows side is blocking the access to Parallels Desktop Shared Clipboard feature.
Resolution
Uninstall or disable 3rd party antivirus or clipboard manager.
