Customers with a valid Maintenance and Support (M&S) contract are entitled to the product versions released during this period and product support on the supported versions.
Supported versions are the most current version of the software (N) and the release immediately before the current version (N-1).
Example:
If the current released version is Parallels Secure Workspace 5.6, only 5.5 and 5.6 are supported.
Any lower versions are no longer officially supported at that point.
