The end user is working with a Microsoft Windows tablet.
The keyboard icon is unavailable when clicking the polygon.
In this use case, it's recommended to show the touch keyboard button.
- Using a finger, press the Microsoft Windows taskbar for a couple of seconds until a rectangle appears around it.
- Release the finger from the screen.
- A menu pops up, make sure the Show touch keyboard button option is checked.
- The keyboard icon should now be visible at the right-hand side of the taskbar
