Symptoms
When starting an RDS session from within the Workspace, an error appears:
Another user connected to the server, forcing the disconnection of the current user.
Cause
- Required group policy setting is not applied.
Resolution
- Verify whether this group policy has been properly applied to the RDS host.
Computer Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Connections: Restrict Remote Desktop Services users to a single Remote Desktop Services sessions: Disabled.
