Adding a key manager in a Parallels business account

An administrator of a business account can give other members of the business account permission to view and manage a business product license or sublicense.

To give the permission, follow these steps:

1. Open the subscription: open your Parallels account Dashboard and click on Active subscriptions under the product in question, then click on the arrow on the right side of the subscription in question.

At the bottom of the Subscription Details page you will find the License Keys box with the product licenses.

2. Click on the cogwheel next to the license. While managing a sublicense, you also need to switch to License Administrators.

3. Add one or more license key managers from the drop-down list, then click Save. The list includes non-admin members of the business account. To invite an account member, see KB 122757.

If you add a key manager for the main license, the manager will be able to see the key, create and manage the sublicenses.

Parallels Desktop Business Edition key managers, including sublicense managers, will also be able to send invitations to install and activate Parallels Desktop to other users.
