"Access is denied" error when trying to shadow a session on RDS

Symptoms

While trying to remote control the session from RAS Console the error is showing up:

Permissions issue

Resolution

On the Windows machine where RAS Console is running you must be logged in with the user account which has remote access rights in order to connect to the RDS.
