A program I use in Windows virtual machine requires OpenGL 3.0 or higher support. What should I do?

Starting with Parallels Desktop 16 for Mac the support for OpenGL 3.3 compatibility profile for Windows virtual machines has been added. With this release we added support for the following applications:
- DUALux EVO 9
- Samson Connect
- ProPresenter 6
- ClinCheck Pro
Starting with Parallels Desktop 15 for Mac the following applications are supported in addition to the applications below:

- Trimble Point Cloud Viewer

Starting with Parallels Desktop 14 for Mac, the following applications are supported:
- SketchUp 2017/2018
- CTvox
- DIALux 8
- OriginLab
- AutoSPRINK 2018
- DIALux 8.0
- ON1 Photo RAW
- GlobalMapper
- DELFTship
- Cinebench R15
The Parallels Desktop Engineering team is doing its best to improve OpenGL support in Windows virtual machines. As of now, only OpenGL compatibility profile (version 3.3) is supported in Windows VMs. Click Get updates above to subscribe to this article and receive updates.
Troubleshooting
OpenGL functionality in Windows VMs provided by Parallels Tools. Reinstall Parallels Tools as described in the KB 4841 if you still get the error message.
