Symptoms
After renewing SSL certificate in RAS or installing a brand new one users get a warning The Certificates is not yet valid <11>
Cause
The certificate validity date is stored in UTC timezone.
For users in some time zones, this date may be taken as the future.
Resolution
The issue will resolve itself in less than 24 hours.
You can suppress the warning message using the same approach as in this KB article.
