Symptoms

You get warning that SSL certificate has expired when starting a published item in Parallels Client:

Cause

The SSL certificate configured for RAS Gateway or HALBs has expired.

Resolution

Please renew the expired SSL certificate.

Workaround:

This warning can be suppressed by enabling the option Do not warn if server certificate is not verified in Parallels Client → Tools → Options → Advanced Settings:
If settings are managed by Client Policies, please go to RAS Console → Policies, open the appropriate policy and go
to Client options → Advanced → Global. Enable option Do not warn if server certificate is not verified, click OK and Apply:
