Symptoms
Document is printed with the same size on all pages while some pages should have different size according to the original document.
Cause
Known issue when software is configured to not allow selecting paper source based on the page size.
Resolution
Enable the "Choose paper source by PDF page size" option. The option may look a bit different but it should allow selecting paper source automatically.
