Mouse click is not working

Symptoms

Unable to click in virtual machine. Able to move mouse pointer but click and rght-click does not work.

Cause

Constant switching mouse from USB to PS/2 loses click events.

This might be caused by:

• Windows malfunction
• Specific USB drivers installed in Windows by-design.

Resolution

1. Shut Down virtual machine.
2. Open virtual machine's configuration
3. Go to Hardware Tab.
4. Remove USB&Bluetooth from the left pane by clicking on "-" button.
