Symptoms
When connecting to an RD session host with single sign-on enabled in the Workspace, Microsoft Windows shows: "The smart card certificate used for authentication has expired".
Cause
The time of the involved hosts is not properly synced.
Resolution
Validate if the time of each domain controller in the Microsoft Windows domain is in sync with the time of the Parallels Secure Workspace appliance.
