New Windows 10 virtual machine flickers

Symptoms

I created new Windows 10 virtual machine and it is flickering.

Cause

odbccp32.cpl corrupted file.

Resolution

1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del > Task Manager > menu File > Run new task... > Type cmd and press Return\Enter.

   <p><strong>Note</strong>: Enable <strong>Create this task with administrative privilege</strong>.</p>

   <p>In CMD execute following command one-by-one:</p>

   cd \Windows\system32 ren odbccp32.cpl odbccp32.cpl.old

2. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del > Sign out.
3. Login back and check the issue.
