Symptoms
CMappUtil fails to create detection rules for application automatically and you can't follow this KB article as SCCM doesn't accept brackets in the Value field:
Resolution
Update CMappUtil to the most recent version and use it to create the .cmmac file.
If it fails, too, please consider changing the Setting Type from Application Bundle to Package ID, it doesn't contain brackets:
