Our Engineering team keeps testing Parallels Desktop with macOS Tahoe 26 (Preview) to ensure a stable and reliable user experience. We are specifically focused on identifying any compatibility issues, performance concerns, or potential conflicts between Parallels Desktop and the beta operating system. Our goal is to address any issues promptly and provide necessary updates to ensure full compatibility of Parallels Desktop with macOS Tahoe 26.

 If you encounter the following prompt (see the screenshot below) Coherence view mode might not work if you click 'Do not Allow' on the dialog below:

 macOS virtual machine suspended on macOS 15 host(or below) cannot be started after upgrading Mac host to macOS 26 with the following message:

Works as designed by Apple.

Virtual machine will need to be reset.

Please use the reset option presented on the screenshot.

6  Dynamic resolution doesn't work in a macOS 13 virtual machine  Fixed: Update to Parallels Desktop 26 and use latest macOS Tahoe with Sonoma or higher virtual machine

Parallels Desktop menu bar icon is greyed out, regardless of Light\Dark theme settings:

1  Sign-in to Apple Account doesn't work on Macs with Apple silicon chips The initial investigation showed that it requires action from Apple, Report the issue to Apple feedback to help calibrate its importance.
2 Intel Mac Only: Installation of macOS 26 as virtual machine cannot be completed by using recovery partition or full image .app file; upgrading existing virtual machine of previous version(Ventura; etc) to Tahoe causes a black screen, resulting in inability to use macOS 26 virtual machine on Intel Macs  Under Investigation
3 Occasional performance and appearance issues in Tahoe virtual machine Initial investigation showed that it requires action from Apple, Report the issue to Apple feedback to help calibrate its importance.
4 When using "Show Windows Application folder in dock" option and opening it in Finder, encountering error: "The application can't be opened. -50"  Initial investigation showed that it requires action from Apple, Report the issue to Apple feedback to help calibrate its importance.
