Resolution
For troubleshooting purposes, logs may need to be collected from the appliances.
To do so, navigate to the IP address of an appliance ( http://the-ip-address/ ).
Under the [Access Logs] button, the following options can be found:
- Download Logs. This will download the logs from the appliance ( .sqlite ).
- Push to Cloud. This will push the logs to the Parallels Browser Isolation Control Plane, and allow authorized Parallels staff to view and analyze the logs.
