Currently our Browser Isolation technology is optimized to render well with Chrome and Edge. Safari, Opera, Firefox, and other browsers will be supported in upcoming releases.

Workaround: Please use Chrome or Edge until other browsers are supported.

Resolution: Engineering is currently working on a solution for this issue, which is expected to be resolved in the upcoming updates.

Secure Browser

When a user tries to download a PDF file forbidden by a policy, the file is still downloaded. Resolution: Engineering is currently working on a solution for this issue, which is expected to be resolved in the upcoming updates.
20240724 (v1.5.0) IdP configuration tests for Google and Auth0

When an owner clicks the Test Configuration button in the Owner Portal for the fist time, they are prompted to enter their IdP credentials.

These credentials will be used every time the owner clicks the Test Configuration button, even if other settings are changed.

Note that this issue does not affect the results of IdP tests.

Resolution:

No changes are required in Parallels Browser Isolation. However, if the owner wants to use different credentials for a test, they can configure IdP session timeouts, clear browser cookies, or manually disconnect their existing session in the IdP.
