---|---|---|---|
GA | Browser Compatability |
Currently our Browser Isolation technology is optimized to render well with Chrome and Edge. Safari, Opera, Firefox, and other browsers will be supported in upcoming releases. |
Workaround: Please use Chrome or Edge until other browsers are supported. Resolution: Engineering is currently working on a solution for this issue, which is expected to be resolved in the upcoming updates. |
20240724 (v1.5.0) | IdP configuration tests for Google and Auth0 |
When an owner clicks the Test Configuration button in the Owner Portal for the fist time, they are prompted to enter their IdP credentials. These credentials will be used every time the owner clicks the Test Configuration button, even if other settings are changed. Note that this issue does not affect the results of IdP tests. |
Resolution: No changes are required in Parallels Browser Isolation. However, if the owner wants to use different credentials for a test, they can configure IdP session timeouts, clear browser cookies, or manually disconnect their existing session in the IdP.

20240923 (v1.7.0) | User Management | Sometimes after a user signs in, two groups are added to User Management. |

20240923 (v1.7.0) | IdP Configuration | By default, not all. IdP's send their Groups claim in the JWT response, and in some cases like OKTA, even on configuring group claimname on owner portal's IdP page, it may fail to fetch users from groups. |
Resolution: Engineering is currently working on a solution for this issue, which is expected to be resolved in v.1.13 |
20250129 (v1.11.0) | Sign in |
After the January 29 release, users with an old SESSION cookie in their browsers will encounter an error when they try to sign in again. For example, this will happen to users who haven’t signed out of PBI before the update. New users will not be affected. |
Resolution: Removing a SESSION cookie from the browser resolves the issue permanently.
|
20250129 (v1.11.0) | User Management |
Users may experience an issue with custom branding when they save their configuration, but the configuration is not updated on the sign-in pages and in the User Portal launcher.
|
Workaround: Currently, the administrators need to send a request to pbipmteam@parallels.com with their preferred environment value for <demo>-cb-pbi.parallels.com for the configuration to be updated. The feature is currently in Beta. Resolution: Engineering is currently working on a solution for this issue, which is expected to be resolved in the upcoming updates. |
20250307 (v1.12.0) | Disable downloads |
When downloads are disabled By File Type, the toast notification does not indicate that downloads are partially disabled. |
Resolution: Engineering is currently working on a solution for this issue, which is expected to be resolved in the upcoming updates. |
