Symptoms
Users get error The remote computer that you are trying to connect to requires Network Level Authentication, but your Windows domain controller cannot be contacted to perform NLA...:
Cause
The RDSH where the item is published from cannot contact Domain Controllers, so NLA cannot be performed.
Resolution
Please resolve the underlying issue preventing RDSH from contacting Domain Controllers in the environment.
As a workaround, you may disable the requirement Allow connections only from computers running Remote Desktop with NLA in Remote Desktop properties of the RDSH:
However, having DCs not available may cause other issues like GPO not working.
