Currently our Browser Isolation technology is optimized to render well with Chrome and Edge. Safari, Opera, Firefox, and other browsers will be supported in upcoming releases.

Workaround: Please use Chrome or Edge until other browsers are supported.

Resolution: Engineering is currently working on a solution for this issue, which is expected to be resolved in the upcoming updates.

20240724 (v1.5.0) IdP configuration tests for Google and Auth0

When an owner clicks the Test Configuration button in the Owner Portal for the fist time, they are prompted to enter their IdP credentials.

These credentials will be used every time the owner clicks the Test Configuration button, even if other settings are changed.

Note that this issue does not affect the results of IdP tests.

Resolution:

No changes are required in Parallels Browser Isolation. However, if the owner wants to use different credentials for a test, they can configure IdP session timeouts, clear browser cookies, or manually disconnect their existing session in the IdP.

 

 

20240923 (v1.7.0) Domain Whitelisting Some websites that have dynamic domains may not be fully compatible with the Domain Discovery feature. For example, if you have A/B tests, it may miss a few domains while parsing.

Resolution:

Engineering is currently working on a solution for this issue, which is expected to be resolved in the upcoming updates.

20240923 (v1.7.0) IdP Configuration By default, not all IdP's send their Groups claim in the JWT response, and in some cases like OKTA, even on configuring group claimname on owner portal's IdP page, it may fail to fetch users from groups. 

Resolution:

Engineering is currently working on a solution for this issue.

20250804 (v1.15.0) Custom Branding Changes made after clicking the "Reset to default" button are not saved.

Workaround:

After clicking "Reset to default", first save the form, then reopen it in edit mode to apply and save new changes.

Resolution:

Engineering is currently working on this and it will be fixed in the upcoming releases.

20250804 (v1.15.0) Domain Whitelisting Private Access only: When using the Auto-discovery feature to discover domains without any working Appliances, no error message is displayed to inform the user of the issue.

Resolution:

Engineering is currently working on this and it will be fixed in the upcoming releases.

20250804 (v1.15.0) Audit events Private Access only: Audit event entry for adding an Appliance shows incorrect Action ("Register" instead of "Create") and has an empty “Admin” column.

Resolution:

Engineering is currently working on this and it will be fixed in the upcoming releases.

20250804 (v1.15.0) Private Access: Appliance logs When attempting to push Appliance logs to the cloud, the operation silently fails - logs are not uploaded, and no error message is shown to the user.

Resolution:

Engineering is currently working on this and it will be fixed in the upcoming releases.

20250804 (v1.15.0) Private Access: User events After an application session is closed, the system triggers multiple "Disconnected" user events instead of a single event.

Resolution:

Engineering is currently working on this and it will be fixed in the upcoming releases.

20250804 (v1.15.0) Private Access: Appliance registration After clicking Register on the page of the Appliance, the page does not reflect any changes until the user manually refreshes it.

Workaround:

Refresh the page manually after registration to view the updated state.

20250804 (v1.15.0) Private Access: Links to Admin guide Links to the Admin Guide currently redirect to the Cloud version instead of the intended Private Access version.

Resolution:

Engineering is currently working on this and it will be fixed in the upcoming releases.

20250804 (v1.15.0) Private Access: Appliance re-registration After re-registration, it may take up to 2 hours for the Appliance to come online.

Resolution:

Engineering is currently working on this and it will be fixed in the upcoming releases.
