Error: The Client Execute request could not be satisfied because the application or file path could not be found.

Symptoms

When launching an application session, a notification is shown:

Error: The Client Execute request could not be satisfied because the application or file path could not be found.

Cause

The application or file path could not be found on the Remote Desktop session host.

Resolution

In System Settings:

• When using an RDP Application: Make sure the "command" contains a valid file path.
• When using a Remote Application: The alias should match the alias of the application (RemoteApp) on the Remote Desktop session host.
