RAS Telegraf service stuck in "Starting" state

Symptoms

• After a server's hard reboot, RAS Telegraf service hangs on "Starting" state and after some time failing to start with generic "Error 1053"
• The file telegraf.conf (located at C:\Program Files\Parallels\Telegraf) is empty

Cause

Telegraf service configuration file got corrupted.

Resolution

1. Delete or rename current telegraf.conf
2. Copy telegraf.conf from some healthy server in your farm. 
3. Start RAS Telegraf service.

RAS Performance Monitor will be displaying data after several minutes.
