The error message stating "To play this movie in HD, you must have a computer with a built-in display or have it connected to a display that supports HDCP" appears whenever I try playing HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) protected content on iTunes inside my virtual machine?
Resolution
HDCP is not supported in Parallels Desktop. As a possible solution, we'd advise you to use the native macOS iTunes application to watch such videos on a built-in display as not all external displays are HDCP compliant.
