Theme Pre-Logon and Post-Logon Messages Swapped After Upgrade to Parallels RAS v21.0.0-26247

Symptoms

After upgrading to Parallels RAS v21.0.0-26247, the pre-logon and post-logon messages configured in a theme may appear swapped.

Cause

This behavior is a known issue in build 21.0.0.1-26247.

Resolution

To correct the message order:

• Option 1: Manual Adjustment

  1. Open the theme in the Parallels RAS Console.
  2. Move the configured pre-logon message to post-logon, and vice versa.
