Symptoms
After the upgrade to Parallels RAS 20.2 the User Portal is not accessible, as the link to it resolves to the IP address of the HALB, which leads into constant looping.
The browser will provide error like "The server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete" when you`ll try to open User Portal.
Cause
This issue occurs with the Parallels RAS 20.2 when Parallels RAS HALB is configured with SSL Offloading
Resolution
As a workaround SSL offloading needs to be changed to Passthrough.
1. Open Parallels RAS Console
2. Go to Farm
3. Go to HALB
4. Open properties for HALB
5. Open SSL payload
6. Change Mode to Passthrough
