Symptoms
Parallels Secure Workspace does not remember user preferences, for example if the left pane is collapsed or not.
Cause
Some settings are stored in the browser's local storage.
If the browser is configured not to store anything and/or to clear cookies/cache, it will erase the settings.
Resolution
Ensure the browser does not remove the cookies/cache.
