We have received feedback from users about being unable to use Autodesk Desktop Connector on Windows virtual machines on Apple Silicon Macs due to architectural incompatibility. These virtual machines use the ARM architecture that is not currently supported by Autodesk Desktop Connector, which is designed for x86-based systems.

At this time, Autodesk has not released a Desktop Connector version compatible with ARM-based Windows systems. However, Autodesk is aware of the demand for ARM-native support.
