Resolution

There is no setting in Parallels Secure Workspace to enable an administrative session (or console session) when connecting to an RD Session Host.

So, there is no equivalent at this point of mstsc.exe /admin .

As a work-around:

  1. Publish mstsc.exe as a RemoteApp on a Microsoft Windows Server.
  2. Specify /admin in the command line parameters.
  3. Publish this RemoteApp in Parallels Secure Workspace.
