Symptoms
When accessing a published application in RemoteApps mode, certain modules may not be visible.
Additionally, some pop-up windows might not appear on the remote system. Calling IsWindowVisible() on the server could return false for these windows. Occasionally, the invisible window can become visible if the user clicks the mouse at the location where the foreground window should have been.
Resolution
Upgrade to Remote Application Server v19.4 Update 1.
Add the EnableRemoteAppFixes registry entry on the RAS RD Session host machine.
1, Navigate to the registry on the RDSH under HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Parallels\MemShell

Windows key + R

Type regedit to open the registry editor.

Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Wow6432Node > Parallels > MemShell.
2, Add a new registry entry New > DWORD (32-bit) Value

Enter the value name: EnableRemoteAppfixes
-
Set value data to "2"
3, After adding the registry key, start a new session.
