Resolution
A quality indicator is present at the bottom left of the Workspace.
It has 3 values:
- Crossed out: Disconnected.
- Green: The quality is good.
- Orange: The quality is poor.
Once a ping reply in the WebSocket connection between the end user and there is a latency of over 350 ms, the quality level is considered poor.
The thresholds are not configurable.
