Use of cookies by Parallels RAS User Portal (former HTML5 Gateway)

When you visit the portal, it may store some information in your browser for later retrieval, mostly in the form of cookies. This information might be about you, your preferences, or your device and is mostly used to make the portal work as you expect it to. The information does not usually identify you directly, but it can give you a more personalized web experience.

Strictly necessary cookies

To disable analytics cookies:

  1. Log into the Parallels User Protal.
  2. Open configuration menu by clicking on the icon in top-right corner.
  3. Click on "Cookie Settings".
  4. Navigate to "Analytics Cookies" on the right pane.
  5. Under "Analytics Cookies" select "Disable" option.

Analytics cookies can also be disabled globally by administrator by leaving Parallels Customer Experience Program.
