The Awingu appliance has multiple IP addresses instead of just one.
In some scenarios, the upgrade process doesn't remove a specific package properly.
First try upgrading to the latest Awingu version, as this may already correct the behavior in some situations.
When using version 5.3 or later with console access (e.g. on VMware ESX): go to Network, and re-apply DHCP or static IP.
If not resolved automatically after upgrading, contact the support team.
