External tools

There's limited SNMP support. Some data can be queried using SNMP templates.
When searching SNMP templates, keep in mind that Parallels Secure Workspace is Ubuntu-based.
Please check the admin manual for details.

Dashboard

In the Dashboard, at the top right click Servers.
Click any server to have an overview of CPU utilization, memory usage, disk usage, ...
In the same overview, it's possible to click on any component (frontend, backend, database) to see an overview of the status of the related services.
For each service process, details are available about CPU and memory usage.
