As our customers know, Parallels cares deeply about the quality of our software products and the experience they provide. We provide full support of Mac computers with Apple M1/M2 Ultra chip. However, if you find a new issue with Parallels Desktop that can be reproduced on a Mac with an Apple M1/M2 Ultra chip, kindly let us know on the Forum.
Known limitations
Parallels Desktop 18.1.0 and newer supports assigning up to 128 GB of RAM and 18 CPUs to a virtual machine on Mac computers with Apple M-series chips on macOS Ventura 13 and newer macOS versions.
Parallels Desktop 17 supports assigning up to 32GB of RAM and 8 CPUs to a virtual machine on Mac computers with Apple M-series chips.
