Published applications are failing to start from certain RDSH machines with the error "Your connection is not secure."

Symptoms

• When attempting to launch published resource from the newly added RDSH Agents, the following error occurs:

• The issue affects only a certain number of RDSH, rest are fully operational.

Cause

Incorrect system time is set on the affected RDSH. Due to this issue, it fails to time sync with the Domain Controller and as the result, Parallels Client is unable to launch a published resource.

Resolution

Please fix the time sync issue to get the issue resolved.
