Symptoms

You can't open some PMM dialog windows in MECM 2002 (like viewing license properties or configuring MDM link), error Could not load file or assembly 'Xceed.Wpf.Toolkit, Version=2.8.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=3e4669d2f30244f4' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040) is thrown:

Cause

The installed version of PMM doesn't support MECM 2002. Please update your PMM installation to version 8.1.3 or newer.
