I have a license for Parallels Toolbox for Mac, can I use it to activate Parallels Toolbox for Windows?
Yes, a Parallels Toolbox license supports activation of Parallels Toolbox both on Mac and in Windows.
However, if you want to use two Parallels Toolbox copies simultaneously, you need two licenses, as according to the Parallels End-User License Agreement, you may use one copy of the Software activated by a license key on a single instance owned, leased, or otherwise controlled by you.
Note: Parallels Toolbox for Windows can be activated with a standalone license for Parallels Toolbox or with a Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac license.
