Pending invitation into an existing business account

You may encounter the following notification when you try to create a new Parallels account at

You have already been invited to join existing account but have not yet accepted the invitation.

You can also see an invitation to a business account on the Manage business accounts page of your Parallels account.

This means that you have been invited to join a business account for your company or organization.

How is it possible that a business account has already been created?

It can happen in one of the following ways:

  • Your company or organization uses a permanent license for older versions of Parallels Remote Application Server and has a valid Upgrade Insurance plan. In this case, the business account might have been created automatically.

  • A subscription or permanent license for one of the Parallels business products was purchased via the Parallels Sales team or a reseller (not online).

  • Your company or organization uses other Parallels business products (e.g., Parallels Desktop Business Edition or Parallels Access for Business), and someone else in your company or organization might have created a business account.

What do I do if I encounter a pending business account notification?

  • Click the Join $COMPANY_NAME button, where $COMPANY_NAME is the name of the company or organization that was assigned when the business account was created.
  • An invitation email will be sent to the email address you have specified. The invitation email contains an action link that allows you to join an existing business account.
  • When you click the Join button, you will see the following message on the screen:

  • Check your incoming emails for an invitation message. If you don't see the message, make sure to check your SPAM folder.

  • Follow the instructions in the invitation message.
