How to detect AT&T AllAcess as installed application in Application Portal of Parallels Mac Management for Microsoft SCCM

Resolution

  1. Click on AT&T AllAcess application in Software Library -> Overview -> Application Management -> Applications.
  2. Open Deployment Types tab in the bottom pane.
  3. Right click on AT&T AllAcess deployment type and click Properties in opened context menu.
  4. Open Detection Method tab in {AT&T AllAcess-app-name} - Mac OS X Properties dialog.
  5. Select row with Package ID and click on Edit Clause.
  6. Copy the Value field. Close the dialog clicking on Cancel.
  7. Select row with Application Bundle ID and click on Edit Clause.
  8. Paste the copied version in the Value field. Click OK
  9. Click OK in {AT&T AllAcess-app-name} - Mac OS X Properties dialog.

Alternative solution

  1. Check the version value using steps 1-6 from instruction above.

  2. Remove existing clauses and create new detection rule containing only one clause – Application bundle ID with the following settings:

    Application bundle ID = com.AT&T.AllAccess
    Data Type = String
    Operator = Equals
    Value = <version>
    

    where <version> is the copied value in step 1, e.g. 10.1.299.2
