How to change a name/address in my invoice for the purchase of Parallels Desktop for Mac?
An invoice is generated at the moment an order is placed.
If you have made a mistake in the purchase information or missed some vital details that should appear in the invoice (company name, VAT ID, etc.), please submit a request to Cleverbridge, the order processing partner of Parallels, using the email request form or one of their phone numbers.
