Symptoms

Virtual Machine resolution is too small when viewed via Remote Desktop Connection client.

Cause

Issue happens when Virtual Machine is installed on new MacBook Pro with retina display. Parallels Product Maintenance team is aware of this issue and working on the fix.

Workaround

Meanwhile, please choose Scaled in Virtual Machine Configuration ► Hardware ► Video menu:

Virtual Machine window should be scaled back to normal size:
