Parallels Access cannot register a new computer

I get an error message when attempting to log in to my Parallels account from Parallels Access Agent:

No more computers can be added.

You’ve already registered the maximum number of computers available for your subscription.


The maximum number of the remote computers you can connect to from Parallels Access using the same account/subscription is limited to 5.


Starting with version 1.1 Parallels Access switched from per-computer to account-wide/per-account subscription model.

With this new subscription model you will be able to connect from Parallels Access to up to 5 remote computers using the same paid, free or trial subscription.

If you need to register more remote computers, you need Parallels Access for Business.

Alternatively, you can delete one of the already registered computers from the list to add a new one.
