Symptoms
You can insert an image (account picture) in the Windows login screen which appears when a user logs in with SAML and opens a published resource. By default, when using SAML SSO no account picture is shown in the Windows login screen. To add your customer images please follow the below procedure.
Resolution
The custom image must meet the following requirements:
-
128 x 128 pixels in size
-
BMP format
-
It is recommended to use Microsoft Paint to convert the image to BMP format. Images converted with other applications might not work.
