Symptoms

Parallels RDP Client shows an error while connecting:

Cause

This error usually indicates a problem with RDS licenses CALs.

Resolution

  1. Verify RDS servers are pointing to your RDS license server
  2. Verify that the license server has a sufficient number of CALs for clients requiring remote connections.
